Russell Ricalde is the President and founder of ITAC Services. A Retired Federal Agent with 25 years of experience. Russell began as a Special Agent with U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, where he performed national and international Protective Security for several Secretaries of State and other distinguished guests. With extensive experience in the federal and state criminal justice systems, Russell investigated violent crime, narcotics, and street gangs in high-crime neighborhoods to include Baltimore, Miami, Chicago, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Russell served 12 years as the Team Leader of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, Special Response Team, and deployed during 9-11 in New York City, the devastating earthquake in Haiti, and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
Russell is a Florida licensed Private Investigator and Firearms Instructor with over 30 years of experience in mixed martial arts and self-defense.

ITAC performs all levels of executive protection, depending on the level of threat, area of operation, and needs of the client. In some cases, one or two person escorts may be used. Other situations may require full protective details. ITAC Also provides exective protection training.

Investigations will be accepted on a case by case basis. ITAC specializes in areas where conventional methods have failed. ITAC uses progressive technology and methods to support traditional investigative techniques.
Protection Agent Program
The Protection Agent Program was designed to placed experienced former military or law enforcement officers in school, churches and private institutions to intervene in a mass causality incident. Our assets are experienced and highly trained, provisioned with the proper equipment to do the job.
Close quarters combat (CQC) is a tactical concept that involves a physical confrontation between two groups. It often refers to engagements between military units or law enforcement and criminals. Traditionally, in warfare, CQC consists of small units or teams who engage the enemy using small arms and hand-to-hand fighting techniques at short range.
